Change of Mind Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Talec.pk.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the receipt of the product for a full refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Care@talec.pk to obtain a Return confirmation number. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria. If the product meets the criteria, we will process the return or exchange as requested. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for the return or exchange to be processed.

Please note that this policy is only applicable on orders where advance payment has been made through bank transfer and/or credit/ debit card.

Please note that this change of mind return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.

Standard Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. 

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased from Talec.pk within the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product is in new and unused condition

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products unless there is a genuine problem with the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at care@talec.pk with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged products. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange the product.
